Careers

Build a real business, not a hobby.

Most agents leave the industry within two years because nobody ever showed them a system. That is the entire problem we solve here.

Why This Team

Trained by someone who has trained 900 agents.

Rod Moser ran Keller Williams Sugarhouse as CEO and was broker at Century 21 Everest before founding Moser Coaching, a national training company whose clients have appeared in Realtor Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. Melody Moser ranks in the top 5% of agents in the Salt Lake MLS.

That is not a bio paragraph, it is the reason a new agent here ramps faster. You are not figuring out lead follow-up, listing presentations or negotiation from a YouTube video.

What You Get

Support that is actually staffed.

Coaching that exists

Weekly one-on-ones with a broker who coaches nationally for a living, not a monthly team meeting with a motivational video.

Marketing built for you

Your own site, professional listing media, and campaigns that go out whether or not you remembered to send them.

Real listing opportunity

A hundred transactions a year moves through this team. Newer agents get supported reps on live business, not role-play.

Transaction management

Contract to close handled, so your week goes into clients and negotiation instead of chasing title for a document.

A team that answers

Someone picks up. On a Saturday, during an inspection deadline, when you have never seen this addendum before.

A brand with weight

NextHome Navigator, plus Pinnacle, President\u2019s Circle and Master\u2019s Club awards 2021-2024 behind your name on a listing appointment.

Before you reach out

Do I need to be licensed already?

No. We talk to people who are mid-course, newly licensed, and ten years in. What we care about is whether you want to be coached — the licensed-but-unwilling agent is a harder fit here than the unlicensed-and-hungry one.

Is this a fit for an experienced agent?

Often yes, and the conversation is different. Experienced agents usually come to us because their production plateaued and they are doing every job in their business themselves. That is a systems problem and it is fixable.

What is the split?

We will talk about it directly in the first conversation rather than making you guess through three meetings. It varies by experience and by what support you take. Nobody here is surprised by their commission statement.

Is it a real conversation or a recruiting pitch?

If this is not right for you we will say so. Recruiting someone who leaves in eight months costs us more than it costs you.

Licensed, in school, or just thinking about it — all three are fine. Confidential.
